Introduction to Meditation ~ 1 hour > $10. each

Receive guidance for easing into the practice of meditation, along with an intuitively-guided meditation.

Regular Guided Meditations ~ 1 hour > $10. each

Experience an intuitively-guided meditation in line with your intention.

If you wish, arrange a time for self, you and a friend or a group of friends. This may also serve as a lovely company or other group experience.

Times available Mondays through Saturdays.
